What I believe:

​I would rather do good work with great people than great work with assholes.  And I will spend my entire career seeking out the great people doing great work because settling for anything less is simply lazy.

I believe in creative intelligence.  You have to be smart to be creative, and you sure as hell have to be creative to be smart.  

Find your voice and use it.  And remember that being heard is not about volume but value.

No one in this business succeeds on their own.  If you say "I" more than "we," you are failing.

We are lucky to do this for a living.  It's a privilege.  The minute it stops feeling like one, it's time to move on.
